Welcome to Ju's Virtual 5K for Nature Fundraising Page
This is a tough time for everyone including endangered animals.
I'm serious. Several environmental regulations were rolled back. People prioritized other things over the environment because of the global pandemic. The earth is still warming. I am not saying that COVID-19 is not important. I just want to remind everyone that the nature still needs us to act NOW.
So, in honor of the Vaquita and other endangered species, my MIT friends and I formed a fundraising team to run the World Wildlife Fund Virtual 5K during the first week of June.
A little bit of the Vaquita they are the smallest marine mammals on the brink of extinction (only about 10 of them left). They are super cute.... thinking about a small panda that can swim. hahahha
To support us, you can give by visiting my donation page or just donate here!!
I am fundraising for World Wildlife Fund by participating in their Virtual 5K for Nature in June 2020.
Deforestation, climate change, water scarcity, and illegal wildlife trade. These are some of the threats facing our planet today—and no one person or group can tackle them alone.
But if we work together, we can take on anything. That’s why every day, WWF works in unity with many people, partners, and institutions to achieve lasting conservation solutions.
You can be part of those solutions. You can protect the very things that keep us alive: our forests, our oceans, our fresh water, our wildlife, our energy supply, our food supply.
Your donation today will help make it possible to protect the future of nature.
Thank you for giving what you can.
